They were friendly and professional as they worked with us through a long and very thorough design process for an extensive renovation of our personal home. We love the plan that we ended up with. Ultimately, we made the difficult and sad decision to not proceed with the build phase of our plan. But even through that part of our process Spencer remained friendly, supportive and understanding. Working with Spencer and his team for our pharmacy renovation was fantastic. He communicates very well, establishes a clear scope of work and expectations, and is easy to work with. They are very thorough and their process worked out many details, including many we did not think of ourselves, on paper before the contractors initiated their work. This enabled us to continue focusing on our business while the renovations took place, as the details of the renovation were established on paper.
